I worked with different project groups to create effective monitoring and notifications. Utilizing python I have automated part of our manual call-center morning check, created a automatic ticket creation for failed SQL batch jobs and designed an automated push-pull for the Google Search Appliance configuration. I also designed code that was used to win ALSAC's 2017 Infrastructure Hackthon. I frequently stand-in for director level operation meetings and serve as lead for our change management process.

As one of the first members of ALSAC's reliability team, I was responsible for utilizing Neustar and Nagios to create custom plugins, and designing actionable alerts. I set up network SNMP notifications and service monitors with access to historical data.

My responsibilities included serving as admin of ALSAC's Google Search appliance and performing upgrade and version changes. I converted legacy active directory code into a usable SSIS package, and used this to serve as a knowledge base in the move from Kronos to Workday. I also created a web app for dynamic radiothon routing based on phone agents and a conference call app using web sockets.

Working with the Infrastructure Database Administrators and the Enterprise Architect I used MS SQL to match lists of IPV4 and IPV6 addresses with geographical spatial data.
