Orchestrated and led complex product and customer separation strategy across organization, including executive alignment, planning, key product decisions and tradeoffs, execution, communication, and go-to-market messaging.► - Leading integration of $40m acquisition of Retail Point of Sale analytics service into existing product lines establishing market leading Good, Better, Best portfolio. As much as I love tackling challenges, I love developing my teams to meet these challenges even more (maybe even more than I love riding my road bike or enjoying a good beer). I start each touch base checking in with my team learning how they are doing as a whole person first before moving to any product and strategy.
