This is an Enterprise Management Systems project. Java J2EE Spring and Hyperion Project.Manage a team of 10 Java Developers, 2 Web Designers and aDatabase Administrator.• The project is a web-based integrated and interactive system which wasimplemented and commissioned on 4 June 2010. It will enhance communicationbetween Ministry of Education and kindergartens, and provides kindergartenswith a tool to manage their information more efficiently.• Cultivated and maintained strong client relations with the Ministry of Education.CTMS Project – Container Terminal Management System (CTMS) – Chittagong Port Authority, Bangladesh.• Deputy Project Manager for the Chittagong Port Authority, Container TerminalManagement System (CTMS). The CTMS will allow container terminal operators to achieve accurate tracking of their containers using RFID (radio frequency identification) technology within a secured wireless network. The system will streamline terminal operations by optimizing vessel planning and utilization of yard space and crane resources.

Oversee development and implementation of IT strategic plans Responsible for management of major projects and ensure stability of IT systems. Develop and review key IT policies, procedures and standards to meet ISO/audit requirements. Oversee implementation of network security, data integrity, anti-virus and anti-spam protection. Oversee IT audit, compliance & regulatory requirements and risk management.I have planned and managed the overall systems management activities so as to achieve the Project’s Reliability, Availability and Maintainability.I have demonstrated the commitment and skills needed to complete the tasks at hand. I am responsible for the success and am responsible for the timely delivery of the product/system to the customer and to all stakeholders. I also managed the external subcontractors in the projects that were outsourced to the industry and ensured that they conform and maintained the systemsin accordance with the Service Level Agreements as stipulated in the contracts.• I have completed several projects and applications SDLC (Software Development LifeCycles) delivering the completed projects according to users’ expectations. I have veryextensive experience in gathering the users’ expectations, requirements, design and implementation.
