In the position of LTL I am responsible for the Lean Management Implementation and Lean Six Sigma Program as Black Belt for two Pipelife Plants in Poland. I am cooperating with the Head Office (ATI) to drive the Lean Transformation and Lean Six Sigma Programs according to WBS and WPS standardized approach. Within the Pipelife Poland I act as trainer, coach and mentor accros all departments to get a sustainable change implemented.

Ensuring that the organization, implementation and control of Continuous Improvement Processes is carried out in a standardized manner in accordance with the current AIRBUS DS standards.Key responsibilities:- Responsible for the Continuous Improvement Process (System OES 4.0) in the Company- Creating a Master Plan for Lean tools, setting Lean goals- Lean System coordination, ensuring basic standards of Lean tools and methods- Support in creating Master Plan and TIP Plans for individual areas of the Company- Ensure that implementation of tools are carried out in accordance with standards- Coordination of internal Lean activities to support the implementation of the Lean system in the Company- Impact on the Lean trainings strategy and coordinating internal Lean trainings - Coordination of OES System audits in the Company - internal and external, 5S Control and Process Confirmation- Reporting progress, status and blocking points according to the organizational structure- Reporting key performance indicators, monitoring the implementation of annual goals
