Provide very professional relocation consulting service. Prepare the payment notice to cooperated company. Analyze, organize and maintain clients database on a regular basis.➢ Provide service including but not limited to city orientation, international school/hospital/clinic visiting, Airport pick up/set off, assistant bank/phone account open/cancelation, car renting, internet account open, maid arrangement, expats residence registration etc.➢ Prepare suitable property proposal, arrange visiting schedule, present compounds surrounding, records feedback/report to cooperates, analyze different requests. Draft leasing contract, negotiate the contract items with landlord or cooperated serviced apartment and trace the contract be done. Assist check in/out and 24hours standby to provide after-sales service. ➢ Develop and maintain long-term cooperation relationship with landlord, giving renovation suggest, quality work supervise. Inspect check out work and negotiate the compensate when necessary. Investigate and analyze relocation /property market.

➢ Close communicate with clients to get their requirements, and report to property team, prepare the suitable properties and arrange the visiting. Help clients to choose the right property by the right guidance. Collect clients’ requirements and feedback to property team. ➢ Follow up the contract and be signed promptly.➢ Provide language services for customer between repairman etc.➢ Collect the utilities fee from clients every month. ➢ Give assistance the check in/out process, supervise the renovation work before check in, help and inspect check out work and negotiate the compensate when necessary.➢ Provide after-sales service during the leasing term.

➢ Develop and collect properties, manage, and maintain good relationships with property owners.➢ Develop new clients and active communications to master their accurate requirements. Prepare the suitable properties and customize property proposal.➢ Coordinate the time with properties owners and clients, and launch the house-hunting procedure, introducing living conditions of property, community surrounding etc. Collect their requirements/feedbacks after visiting.➢ Negotiate commission and draft the leasing/renew contract and be signed. ➢ Supervise and Assistant owner to complete the given request and guarantee pointed-property in good living condition. ➢ Give assistance the check in/out process. Prepare expats residence registration paper and arrange register in police station legally.➢ Provide after-sales service for owners and clients. Always be the problem solver in any situations.➢ Provide language services for customer between owner and handyman etc.➢ Prepare and collect paper for property leasing fapiao and issue fapiao from property tax bureau.
