To Design and Supervise the work of different Villas and apartment villas.

- To follow up and coordinate the distribution and the filling of bids documents.- To schedule and monitor milestones for projects (Bid). And suggest crashing tasks for deviation.- To facilitate communication between internal project team member (company’s employees) and the external project team members (joint venture companies’ employees).- To design and draw different building types including: office buildings, medical facility, apartment building and recreational buildings.

- To follow up and inspect finishing works, especially tiling, interior sanitary and fittings, staircase works, décor, kitchen cabinet.- To prepare payment of labours and subcontractors.- To bring samples and prices for finishing materials.- To update project schedule using primavera.- To prepare and draw sketches for works under my supervision.- To prepare, measure and draw the as built drawings of the project.

- To prepare project’s briefs for Design Studio.- To supervise Students in Design studio with the coordination of Studio Professor. - To supervise Students in Building Construction studio.- To participate in Panel critique sessions as well as in Marking critique sessions.

- To continuously check and update strategic plans and polices.- To manage planning activities and the allocation of resources for the undergoing projects.- To periodically investigate and update marketing plans.
