I was responsible for making outbound calls to ship engineers to inform them about the required courses they needed to complete to qualify for upcoming positions following their promotions. My duties included providing details about course dates and timings, checking their availability, and scheduling their sessions accordingly.

My job was to assist our elite customers by addressing their questions, concerns, or issues regarding a product, service, or company policies. My goal was to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and give them a proper resolutions.
