•Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and requirements for each mystery shopping project. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets accordingly.•Recruit, train, and manage a pool of field agents who will conduct mystery shopping visits. Provide clear instructions and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in the data collected.•Project Execution :Monitor and track the progress of ongoing mystery shopping projects, ensuring that field agents are meeting deadlines and following project guidelines. Address any issues or concerns that arise during the project.•Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the collected data. Conduct data analysis and validation to identify potential anomalies or inconsistencies.•Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports based on the collected data, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations for improvement. Present findings to clients in a clear and concise manner.•Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, field agents, and other stakeholders involved in the mystery shopping projects. Address client inquiries and provide regular project updates.•Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance the mystery shopping project processes to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and optimize outcomes.•Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for field agents to ensure their understanding of project objectives, methodologies, and evaluation criteria.
