· Work closely with the existing dealers and consistently hunt new opportunities by expanding dealers’ network· Ensure revival of existing inactive dealers by building and maintaining good quality relationships· Ensure strict implementation of CRPP (Customer Right Protection Policy)· Collaborate with dealers for Displays’ renovation and up gradation· Proactively work for effective recovery from advance as well as credit category dealers· Monitor marketing officer to ensure effective implementation of the devised action plan· Work closely and provide necessary assistance to the marketing and sales team in other functions, such as advertising, market research, production, sales and distribution· Monitor competitor activities; update on new launches, communication & other activities and devise effective counter measures· Conceptualize, plan and proceed in an effective manner for dealership expansion, order taking, recoveries and achieving the set targets· Plan & implement innovative marketing techniques for building Brand awareness & generating leads· Prepare and present sales and recoveries reports
