www.folklift.coAs founder of the Folklift Initiative, I sought to create something that benefitted both ends of community -- empowering diverse individuals, and people looking for creative services. I recognized I needed to combine two things: my passion for cinematography & journalism, and the voices of several creative yet underrepresented groups in my community.Under this goal, I have contributed to this initiative immensely. I programmed the website using web development and design languages self-taught, and was the president of the local Mountain House chapter. Here, I interviewed several Muslim small-businesses throughout the Bay Area and collaborated to create articles with them. I also programmed our latest section-- the stories section. Here, poetry & social activist stories are shared by numerous creatives from India to California!Since then, we grew our social media interaction by 230%, grew our cultural ambassador base, and touched countless members of our communities. Looking forward to growing this impact!

Synthoria is a mystical nation-- one powered by it's own AI Robot named Synthorix. Synthorix is in charge of everything-- from facilitating research at Duarte Research Lab, nourishing plants at Apple Grove Garden, and more. However, when Sana and Yasmeen plan to spend a day out together, they notice Synthorix behaving quite strangely, consulting professors for help. Through a series of minigames, Yasmeen teaches Sana about Machine Learning and supports her in fixing Synthorix for good.If you've always wanted to learn about AI but weren't ever sure where to start, this game is a perfect tool for you.
