After long years of security management and aivation security experience, I have been working at Posti's Logistics Center (LoKe), Finland’s biggest logistics base next to Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, for over 4 years. I had, first, taken part in overall parcel processing operations at the logistics center. I have currently been working as a training guide. I am basically responsible for training and orientation processes of new employees, as well as refreshment trainings of experienced employees; monitoring and reporting occupational safety issues; and supporting operational planning and quality control processes. This experience in logistics field has helped me improve my skills to adapt a completely new work environment, develop a new professional point of view, and expand my experience towards a new field. My ongoing studies at Haaga-Helia, at the same time, have introduced me to the impact of emerging technological trends on changing organizational structure, and organizational development processes through a wider business perspective. I have now combined my previous practical experience and current knowledge to achieve my goals. I am looking for opportunities to take actively part in planning, coordination, and development processes either in aviation or logistics industries.
