As an Associate Director for TLH, Robert Hudert is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, conducting due diligence, and performing financial feasibility across a broad array of value-added, opportunistic (distressed, redevelopment, development) real estate opportunities in both the commercial and multifamily space. Upon acquisition, Robert oversees the business plan execution and capital project oversight of multifamily and transitional assets under management for Twenty Lake, currently overseeing a 2.2M sf of real estate. He previously worked at Sentinel Real Estate Corp, a multi billion dollar global real estate fund manager in their acquisitions and portfolio management groups where some of his responsibilities included assisting in the portfolio management of a $500M NYC rent stabilized apartment portfolio, helping to build out a North American joint venture development investment strategy, and conducting close to $200M in value added and core plus real estate acquisitions in Tier I and Tier II markets. Prior to Sentinel, Robert worked as a financial analyst for Reynolds Asset Management across their acquisitions, asset management, and development groups. In his spare time, Robert has worked with various real estate investment companies, startups, and advisory firms as a consultant or in an advisor capacity as Principal of RHR Capital Partners LLC, a boutique real estate analytics and advisory firm, helping to implement institutional quality financial analysis practices and procedures, raise capital, assist in deal flow review, and structure joint venture opportunities. Robert has extensive experience in underwriting, financial analysis, deal structuring, portfolio management, debt procurement, complex waterfall structuring and much more.
