I had a massive and fast transformation. I went from depression and anxiety to deep joy and balance as a mother. I am married for fourteen years to a wonderful man and I’m a mom of five rambunctious boys. Ohhh the joy of motherhood!! My boys are my team, and leading them is super fun!!For the past ten years I’ve been helping moms heal and become full of life and vibrancy. Its been exhilarating and fulfilling. I’ve seen nothing short of miracles!!! It’s the greatest gift to watch lives and families transform every single day!!!I’m trained in the most powerful healing techniques out there and in coaching moms to become their strongest happiest selves in the funnest and easiest ways ever! My clients literally find that when they implement what they’re taught in the High Energy Academy, that the transformation feels like it happens by its self. My expertise is the CJEA healing techniques. I’ve practiced that with hundreds and possibly thousands of women by now, with success BH! I trained personally for a few years with Dr. Lucia Capacchione Phd... I’m also trained and certified in many other modalities of healing. I am certified in Balancing Brain Chemistry by Dr. John McGuire, of the Kinesiology institute in CA. I certified in the basics of yoga and fitness. I took courses in parenting including Aha parenting and Rachel Weiss parenting. I am a certified relationship coach by LD. I trained in the foundations of homeopathy, essential oil healing and raindrop therapy. Learning and growing is what I love!! I continue to learn each day. I created my program based on the methods and techniques that have deeply healed. I use them to teach my clients how to heal themselves. AND IT WORKS, 🥳 time and again!!!
