The primary task of this role is page layout in InDesign from Word and Pages files for student and teacher textbooks.

This role began as food prep and grew to working large scale events such as weddings, the Downieville Classic and BottleRock. Worked in the restaurant, on the food truck, at event venues and in commissary kitchen doing a variety of roles such as station setup, item prep cooking, plating, serving, front of house and dishwashing. Although my role at Fork is on call, it allows me the opportunity to step into the kitchen to satiate my hobby.

Worked on the team responsible for creating print and digital documentation for Apple hardware and software in approximately 40 languages. Deliverables included printed information booklets, online user guides, in-app help graphics, and packaging for a variety of Apple products. This was accomplished by achieving aggressive deadlines at the highest standard of quality while simultaneously managing multiple projects, including the launch, and subsequently the lead, of Apple Tips.This position required project management skills, extensive interaction with Business Affairs for country specific graphic content and an intimate knowledge of Apple’s iOS.

Calculate and record products in a way set by California State Government. Prepare foods within specifications for age groups. Using conversions and math skills to make appropriate amounts of food that adhere to standard portion size.
