Bringing 'good change' to various Case & Workflow needs on both the K-12 and Higher Education levels, and campus housing operations throughout the country.

Oversees all operations for nine residence halls totaling 800 beds, eight full-time staff members, hiring decisions, employment management at all levels that include additional four full-time staff members and up to 34 student workers, and manages a million-dollar-plus budget. Oversee all conduct for the University, including assigning cases to Hearing officers, helping track cases, overseeing appeals, holding hearings on cases, and investigating incident reports, including Title IX issues. Review housing issues to ensure proper solutions utilizing resources, including employees, purchasing procedures, and creation of RFPs as needed. Manages Residential Life software solutions, including Adirondack Solution’s The Housing Director and Parking Administrator, Campus Kaizen Guardian Conduct.

Oversaw the operations of multiple residence halls totaling 398 beds, supervised two full-time staff, up to 30 student workers, Residence Hall Association Advisor, and worked as a Hearing Officer for both the Housing and University level conduct issues. Helped Resident Advisors, Community Assistants, and the Residence Hall Association plan, implement, advertise, and budget for events. Lead implementer for transitioning to the Maxient software solution for Student Conduct.
