Provided training to new student hires using online library resources and systems. Developed and implemented a sorting system for the libraries music record collection. Organized and improvedaccess to more than 10,000 recordings. Managed check out of library materials, prepared new orders for shipment, scheduled study rooms, and restocked inventory.

Launched and managed the organization’s Google Ad campaign; created 12 Google search ads. Streamlined various databases from Google Drive to one AirTable database. Expanded ad groups, which increased Google Ad impressions from zero to nearly 4,000. Researched over 100 social charities to receive new grants from organization’s large funder. Photo-tagged over 1,000 photos in Google Drive to maximize searches by staff. Had weekly video calls with co-founders and board members.
