I'm a junior at the University of Michigan, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering with a minor in Mathematics, with a strong focus on embedded systems. I have applied my skills extensively in both research and academic settings.Currently, I am a research intern at the University of Michigan, where I am enhancing code coverage for firmware fuzzing frameworks by incorporating DMA and leveraging advanced tools such as Rust and C/C++ with QEMU. This role has allowed me to contribute to and expand state-of-the-art fuzzing techniques, sharpening my expertise in low-level systems programming and security.In addition to my research, I co-designed and engineered a RISC-V simultaneous multithreading 2-way superscalar processor in a team of five, achieving top performance in our class and deepening my knowledge of SystemVerilog and computer architecture. I also created a fully autonomous shopping cart powered by an STM32 microcontroller, showcasing my skills in embedded programming, serial protocols, and sensor integration.I also have extensive experience with operating system components, having developed a custom multi-CPU thread library and a multi-threaded network file server with fine-grained locking and client-server communication, demonstrating my deep understanding of concurrency and resource management.
