Coordinate project scope, fee quotation, service contracts and project timeline with all clients and related sub-contractors. Coordinate schedules for all field technicians, drafters, and associated projects. Execute and monitor all project logistics with a focus on optimizing mobilization, verifying material/gear requirements, and identifying staffing needs. Performing civil design calculations, sketches, technical comparisons, and similar technical work using specialized skills, experience, and engineering judgement to transform concept designs into construction drawings and technical specifications as required by assignment; planning and designing various systems, structures, following construction and government standards using design software; analyzing survey reports, maps, drawings, and other data to plan projects; assisting the Project Manager or Project Engineer with feasibility studies, design, drafting and permitting of engineering projects, and other duties upon request

Extensively trained and lead four different groups of Non-Certified Operators of similar age to safely and efficiently execute daily operations on each course, created and managed daily schedules for 15 operators, fostered professionalism and hospitality in our interactions with participants.Thoroughly inspected and tested each High Ropes element, all hardware, and equipment daily, repaired and maintained the course as needed to Signature Research standards (including maintenance done suspended at high elevation), inspected and maintained guy-wires and zipline wire tension, repaired hardware such as highspeed zip-line trolleys, helmets, brake blocks, and other High Ropes Course hardware as needed.
