I am currently on long service leave after completion of a Network Engineering contract with Transpower NZ in August 2018. I have been a Network Engineer for Transpower since 1995 giving me 23 years of work experience on Cisco equipment and ten years of work experience with Nokia 7750 routers. For three of these years, from 2012 to 2014, I only worked part time with Transpower, while for reason of personal development I completed a BA in Screen and Media. Prior to becoming a Network Engineer in 1995 I was a Communications Engineer and have been in the electrical industry since 1983.My future goal is to work in a intellectually stimulating job that includes design and creativity. My strength is I have a very good understanding in a diverse range of technologies and take a well developed systematic approach in fault finding.
