LaunchAbility and My Possibilities merged in early 2018 to create a broader continuum of services for the community and employers. I worked with corporate and community partners to create disability awareness and hiring programs, provide education, and help corporate partners meet diversity goals. This included developing relationships, delivering training, facilitating hiring and internship programs, and educating the community. I also oversaw development and delivery of D&I Disability Awareness Curriculum.

LaunchAbility is a non-profit organization with a long history of providing services to enhance the abilities of individuals with cognitive disabilities. LaunchAbility's Supported Employment services inspire confidence and independence in adults with developmental disabilities. The programs focus on expanding their abilities so that they have the best opportunity to achieve independence through employment. As the Director of Disability Hiring I worked with employers to diversify their workforce by hiring individuals with disabilities. This includes developing relationships, providing training, facilitating job structuring, and educating the community. I also created individualized job plans for adults with disabilities and evaluated accommodations.

Assist law firms and corporations with meeting their legal hiring needs. Help various levels of attorneys transition into new roles as In-House Counsel and at law firms.

Recruited 30 interns for the Dallas facility and directed all operations training for the entire group. Held direct responsibility for the Western United States Sales region encompassing eight states. Created and executed college and professional candidate recruitment strategies, including career fairs, onsite career expositions, interview sessions, and information sessions.
