Stargate provides near real-time alerts based on user defined criteria across multiple sources and allows operators to search across historical missions to aggregate sensor data across both missions and ISR platforms.• Technical lead for Stargate’s integration with the SIGINT Sensor Data Ingest (SSDI) program; which enables the near real-time ingest of AF DCGS ISR mission data into Stargate. Responsible for designing and developing the technical solution, monthly technical reporting, representing Stargate to the customer, integrating Stargate into SSDI’s Agile processes as well as all technical tasking related to the integration effort.• Solution Architect responsible for the design and development of Stargate’s SIGINT Multi- Mission Analysis (SIGMA) tool. The primary areas of focus were on CATs conversion to the Java programming language, from C/C++/C#, as well as modifying CATs architecture to provide more flexibility for integration, in terms of both the UI and underlying Bayesian Network models and algorithms.• Lead Developer, responsible for the design and development of JCAT, contract deliverables and the technical tasking for a small team of engineers.• Responsible for analyzing and identifying flaws in the original (C++/C#) design, and refactoring the architecture based on this analysis.• Responsible for redesigning aspects of CAT to make it more flexible, enabling easy integration of other models and algorithms as well as integration with other programs.• Extensive work with Java, C++, C#, Eclipse RCP and SOAP.NEXT GENERATION BATTLE MANAGEMENT (NGBM)NGCM is a situation awareness command and control (C2) system for expeditionary sites with transient organizational structures and loosely coordinated concepts of operation (CONOPS).
