Ian has spent over 10 years working in owner managed businesses in both Manchester and London, primarily in linking the sales and service delivery divisions together in the telecoms, pharmaceutical and energy trading fields. Ian studied Electrical Engineering with Electronics from UMIST and holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Manchester Business School where he specialised in taking SME's through substantial growth periods.With technology being a passion, Ian is very actively involved in the day to day running of Hudson Hill. Passionate about customer service, his company looks after some of the flag ship SME's of the North West.Ian stumbled in psychometrics after having a desire to consistently recruit the right people for his own businesses, especially having proven to his own cost, that CV based recruitment was unsuccessful. Having hired external consultants, his first project was to clearly understand his own staff as only then could he build a team around them.
