Information Technology Support Technician
CurrentSupport Information Technology assets at various client locations. Answer and resolve help-requests from users via phone, email, remote connection and on-site support. Install, maintain, upgrade, and retire computers both on-site at client locations and at our office. Install and/or replace components in both desktop computers as well as mobile devices such as laptops and tablets. Configure, install and maintain full network deployments specializing in the Ubiquiti Unifi product family. Configure, install and maintain video surveillance deployments specializing in the Ubiquiti Unifi Protect product family. Support mission-critical Mobile Data Terminals for multiple Public Safety Agencies. Support and maintain secure data systems and other I.T. assets for Police Departments following Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) requirements. Support and maintain I.T. assets at medical offices following HIPPA guidelines. Support and assist with maintaining multiple VOIP systems at client locations. Meet with clients and perspective clients to review their current I.T. assets / systems and make recommendations on upgrades. Work closely with co-workers and clients to implement recommended upgrades. Assist clients with technical issues that fall outside of the typical information technology realm.
