Support and maintain company’s IT assets (Computers, Networks, etc.), support and maintain company’s online presence (website, google apps for work accounts / services), digital design work (logos, signage, business cards, etc.) create business documents such as reports and invoices, assist in greenhouse maintenance, monitor and maintain greenhouse safety and security, take and place phone calls for company purposes, help customers checkout, help customers carry their purchases to their vehicles, provide information to customers and employees via phone, internet and in person, work on the landscape crew completing landscape installation and maintenance.

Work on tasks as assigned for the Grounds Department of Campus Operations for Bowling Green State University. Primarily tasked to recycling team responsible for collecting and disposing of recycling from BGSU buildings on / off main campus. Member of on call snow removal team during winter season.

While on shift as a Selector, my duties include following a handheld device that guides me along a route to product locations throughout the store and selecting the best quality item that the customer has ordered. (ex: furthest away sell by date, good quality produce) If we are out of an item, it is up to my judgement to select a good substitution for the customer. I am required to consistently meet a time goal while selecting. While on shift as an Attendant, my duties include answering phones, using a Point of Sale to retrieve, modify if necessary and suspend the order, taking the order out to the customer and greeting them in a professional manner, collecting payment via handled computer, and carefully loading the customer’s order into their vehicle. When I am scheduled to close I am additionally required to complete and review paperwork from the days sales and compare the paperwork to the sales on the handheld computers.

Work closely with UPS delivery driver to deliver, on average, 200 packages per day. Work at a fast pace with precision. Collect signatures from authorized customers. Handle packages with care placing them out of sight and out of the weather if necessary. Providing excellent customer service to promote the United Parcel Service in a positive way.
