Trapeze networks is a provider of the wireless devices in the central control mode, and these devices include the light APs(MP) and controllers(MX). I am focusing on the following works,1. Supporting 802.11n on the Mesh link.2. Maintain the Mesh feature.3. Participate in WAPI standard implementation and focus on the WAPI key negotiation and rekey.4. Maintain the WAPI feature.

In Spreadtrum, I was focusing on the development of the Bluetooth firmware based on ARM7 platform. Cooperating with ASIC engineers, I took responsibility for the following works,1. Develop the LC (Link Control) layer on the Bluetooth Controller side,2. Supporting all HCI commands test via the UART/USB interfaces and meeting the requirement of BQB test. 3. Maintain the Bluetooth firmware.

AutoCell is focusing on the dynamic RF control in the wireless (802.11) environment. In Autocell, I was focusing on the following works.1. Port the AutoCell™ features into the OEM APs.2. Maintain AutoCell features that include channel selection, power control and load balance,rogue AP detection,SNMP.

In DBTEL, I was focusing on the following works,1. Develop the MMI for the mobile phone.2. Develop the drivers for the mobile phone.
