Looking for a change in job prospects to leap into the IT field. People have always been an interest of mine and I'd like to apply my love of technology and years of customer service skills to the IT support sector. I'm currently pursuing a Google IT Support Professional certification through Merit America and I'd like to add what I learned with Troubleshooting, Networking, and System Administrations to my skill set. Excited to see what new opportunities await me!I've always had a passion for technology, even when I was a boy. I was the go to technology expert in the household whenever something broke or needed troubleshooting. Even after moving out of my parents house, I still get routine phone calls about how to turn the wi-fi back on or how to calibrate the television to the right settings. I even helped my cousin build his first ever gaming PC! I don't currently hold a degree in IT but with the process of being certified through Merit and my years of outstanding customer service skills, I'm sure that I can prove myself to be the right fit. The service industry has taught me hard work, prioritization, and attention to detail that would be of great benefit. This is something I can surely apply to IT support.I would absolutely love to connect with like-minded individuals who are passionate about technology. Life is a process of learning, and nothing stays the same. That is why I must challenge myself to take what I've learned and to gain new insight about the things I haven't learned yet. I'm sure I could be a great asset and addition to your team if given the opportunity!
