Working for the international company Pyrotek, where one of my principal roles was to improve issues reported in packaging, in all the facilities of Pyrotek located in Ohio, Indiana, New York, Mexico, Venezuela, and Brazil. Over these 9 months, I was implementing an important improvement inthe 2 lines of production, where each of the 10 products sent to the final client receives at least 2 or 3 complaints reported. Now with this implementation, it has been reduced to Zero since November 2019, until today. delivering the products with no issues reported. With this implementation start to share this success with the other plants to replicate the packaging solution.In another area, we started to reduce costs in the packaging with around 80k Dlls at the year, this reached with, design, standardization, new local suppliers, and the support of the corporative areas.

Worked in Emerson Company part of the Appleton Group division, where I was in charge of the plants in the United States, Mexico, Canada, and Europe, in the area of packaging, supporting packaging development for new products, as well in continuous packaging improvement whit costreduction, and the projects of standardization and improvement improving day by day the protection of our products, developing and implementing specifications for each of our plants globally.In that year, I achieved in Emerson, a saving of packaging with redesigns, reduction costs, change of materials, standardization, optimization of labor time, and developing packaging below the target, about 95k dollars that year, and the improvement projects with the company, this at aglobal level at Emerson.

I was working as a Design Engineer Manager, with the American company Anchor Bay Packaging, taking charge 6 Engineers in packaging design, and 2 operator’s technicians for prototypes and samples in the city of Monterrey, Mexico, ay the same time, the city of León, Guanajuato, Mexico working with 2 packaging engineers and 1 technical operator in prototypes or samples.At Anchor Bay, I am expanding my experience now on the side of a supplier, which gives my career another point of view, taking the sense of quality and the sense of urgency to the customers, developing, and designing packaging on time.

Estuve laborando dentro del Centro ABRE (UDEM), como encargado del laboratorio, dando soporte en el laboratorio de simulación de transporte y distribución, para optimización, investigación y diseño de empaque, además en conjunto con el análisis de materiales (películas plásticas, papeles y corrugados), en el desarrollo de empaque dentro del Laboratorio de Prototipos.Con esto dando en conjunto una solución integral para el servicio del empaque y embalaje de la industria local, nacional e internacional.Especialidad en Lean PackagingOptimización de empaque, embalaje, almacenamiento, reducción de riesgos empaque, Logística y Distribución, eliminación de daños "mudas" en el proceso logístico, la cual permite un considerable ahorro para la empresa.Empaques Flexibles, Cartón Corrugado, Metodología del Diseño Integral del Empaque, Materiales de Embalaje, Eco Diseño y Reducción de Costos.
