Created factory ready models using a combination of Zbrush, Rhino 3D and 3D Systems Freeform. The models would then be used for plastic manufacturing in ABS, PVC and roto cast vinyl. This position involved a lot creative problem solving and the ability to read and work from mechanical schematics.

Drafted aluminum tube frames using Rhino 3D (CAD) per client specifications to be used with dye sublimated tension fabric covers. Typically the frames and covers were used for trade shows.

Prepared and supervised monthly sculpting contracts with freelance sculptors. Regularly took on additional sculpting work to keep projects on schedule. Edited and refined incoming 3D sculpts to bring them inline with creative concepts and to make them suitable for manufacturing in a variety of materials. Created renders for use in marketing.

Introduced 3D sculpting into the in house studio. Created 3D models from creative concepts and prepared them for production in plastic, metal and poly resin. Maintained in house 3D printer, scanner and photo studio.
