I have an extensive background within the printing industry, particularly origination and pre-press, based on nearly 40 years knowledge gained since leaving school and passing my City and Guilds Advanced, I have followed the complete transition from the early photo-composition through to present day CTP, developing a greater understanding along the way of all the methods within the manufacturing process, from PDF creation, the press, binding through to fulfilment and mailing.Specialties: Excellent customer liaison and care, catering for each individual client's specific needs with the understanding that I represent my company when I am with the client and within the factory I represent my client. My view is to try and understand the client's business needs and create opportunities that are beneficial to both parties.

As Commercial Manager, I managed a team of estimators, focusing on promoting business from enquiries generated via various marketing resources, assessing and valuating the potential accounts, servicing and maintaining existing business whilst also working as part of the Sales team.
