As Managing Partner in GconnTec my role will be to work directly with CFO's, CEOs and CIO's to make sure that the services we provide allow them and their teams to concentrate "in" their business whilst we work "on" their business.

Most recently I held the position as interim COO for a renewable energy company, Greenworld Developments Inc. who acquired 4Front in 2012. I was a co-founding member of the executive team of 4Front International in 1999, I was instrumental in setting out the strategy and vision for the Company. 4Front offers an array of integrated property services to companies of all sizes, from start-up to corporate giants. Engaged at project commencement we manage the selection and appointment of the design team, contractor selection and site co-ordination to ensure delivery on time and within budget. 4Front was acquired by GreenWorld Developments Inc. in December 2012.

We acquired Bellscan in 2000 and set out to change the profile of the company from an Access Control only provider to a full service Time and Attendance Company with solid IP and annuity revenue streams.With the rebranding of the product and a change of name to Engage Technologies, we secured both Enterprise Ireland and BES funding. Following a successful round of funding and product re-development, we experienced consistent local and international growth in sales and in 2006 the company was acquired by Northgate Plc.

Co-founded the BridgeCom Group in 1994 and was part of a team who built a successful business in the delivery of voice and data network solutions to medium and large corporations. BridgeCom was acquired in 1998 by ESAT Telecom Group
