• Funds project management: Project managing the launch of new funds which includes liaising with and co-ordinating key internal stakeholders and external service providers. Corporate - Investment Funds Group• Assisting with the setting up of different private equity funds. Included verification of private placement memorandums for a CapMan and an Alcentra fund, negotiating side letter terms and dealing with post closing matters• Drafting the documents required to effect the transfer of limited partners interests in various Altor funds to different entitiesFinance - Securities and Derivatives Group• Assisting with a CLO in which a bank was securitising the loans on its balance sheet. Involved preparing closing documents, sending out signature packs, updating the signing and closing agenda and producing a closing bible• Assisting in setting up a secured fixed rate note programme in which the issuer planned to borrow money from investors in return for bonds and then lend money to farmers securing the loans over the farmers' assets.
