Set up the Moscow office in 1991, followed by Director level management of offices across Europe (Poland, Belgium, Romania, Ukraine, Russia).Production of Feasibility Studies and Reports for Real Estate Construction projects. Some of the project reports have been used as an application for debt finance as part of an export credit facility. Civil and Structural design of all forms of Real Estate.Provision of ‘expert’ advice relating to structural engineering matters. Reports have been prepared on projects in contemplation of legal proceedings. Experienced in disputes involving basements, warehouse slabs, quality of workmanship, rental discussions, and bomb damaged structures. Expert advice given in UK, Romania, East Africa and Ukraine. Experience in Urban Regeneration. Ran a design office for several projects in the London Docklands Development Zone and many City Centre redevelopments in such places as London, Moscow, Tbilisi, Bucharest and St Petersburg.
