Chartered Accountant with extensive senior management experience across a range of functional areas in a variety of medical device and Info. tech companies, including significant experience with start-up companies. CFO with with Mainstay Medical from 2013 to 2018 including completing a dual listing IPO on Euronext Paris and the ESM in Dublin, and additional debt and equity funding rounds. Previous positions held include Managing Director of the International Operation, including European Financial Shared Service Centre, of a US Multinational, RSA Security; CFO of an Irish Medical Device Start-up, Crospon; and Senior Financial and other Functional positions in a number of high profile companies, including Abbott, Covidien, Transitions Optical and Oracle.
