. Took over behind schedule $8,000,000.00 Atlanta Medical Center Emergency Room and Trauma Center renovations project and brought it in on time and in budget. Was able to make a positive impact on customer relations by coordinating the renovations such that the ER and Trauma operations were never interrupted. . Led the effort to clean up over 4,000 item punch list during a five week period to bring a $70,000,000.00 Medical College of Georgia project in on schedule thus saving millions in liquidated damages. . Managed major punch list and close out of $25,000,000.00 Turner Entertainment Studio Production and office facility. Greatly improved relations between Turner Construction and Turner Entertainment through effective communication and timely action. . Took over sub grade bomb resistant utilities tunnel construction to facilitate getting the $250,000,000.00 Centers for Disease Control Central Laboratory facility back on schedule. Improved relationship between CDC and Turner Construction Company by close coordination to not interrupt CDC Loading Dock operations which were intertwined with the tunnel construction.

. Developed new and effective cost accounting controls for construction cost management. . Developed an installed an exterior insulation system for existing facilities which resulted in major monthly energy cost reduction and paid itself out in less than one year. . Effectively implemented a tool and equipment management program which virtually eliminated tool and equipment losses in the magnitude of $50,000.00 per year. . Implemented an OSHA based safety program which dramatically reduced the incidences of accidents and reduced lost time accidents to zero. . Successfully implemented infection control methods to be utilized in new and renovated medical facilities construction projects. . Promoted strong inter departmental relationships between the construction department and all other departments to further the success of Hospital operations. . Developed budgets for all projects. . Directly responsible for management of 115 in house tradesmen plus numerous subcontractors. .
