I am president and owner of a corporate life insurance brokerage and succession planning firm operating out of Toronto that helps owners of family enterprises lay the foundation for a smooth transition of wealth to future generations. Joined Versa Foods sub Major Foods in 1980, and held various financial positions culminating in Chief Financial Officer in 1990-1995.Versa Services was a Canadian publicly traded company with 10,000 employees which provided food, cleaning and other services to Canadians. Versa Foods was acquired 100% by Aramark Services out Philadelphia in 1995.
