Chief Engineer - Kerry Die Svenska AB· 2013 Instillation of pelleting system in Skåne & Instillation of processor near Öredro. My responsibilities extended to the overall running of the Swedish company however my main area of expertises remaining in automation, instillation, co-ordinating and scheduling with instillation firms , commissioning and integration into their existing systems. · 2010 - 2012 Instillation of a Pelleting System as a pilot project which resulted in a commercial sale at a plant near Katrineholm. This was a 24 hour 7 day a week plant which I commissioned our pellet system into their existing systems. Equipment had to be both CE certified and ATEX approved. I also had the responsibility to co-ordinate with the economics department to run this project in accordance to costs and deadlines and report to a board of directors.

· 2009 Project Engineer for the manufacturing of a prototype pelleting system for the biomass industry (a continuation from the research and development).I was responsible to co-ordinating with manufacturing companies, oversee the assembly and performing the commissioning and testing of this prototype.· 2008 - Research & Development of a fully automated pelliting system for the Biomass industry. My main area of responsibility was the electronic controls - to design a system to control,HMI devices, drives, sensors and motors so that the readings from the incoming raw material would adjust the pellet system using the information from the research done by Umeå university to ensure the end product was at its required state . The mechanical development was also carried out with our company which I also had an input in. The process is an online process and had to meet ATEX safety standards. · 2007 - Plant dismantling and removal in Ireland and Instillation and assembly and commissioning in Sweden. Also the design and building of new specialised fully automated machining centre for their new requirements.

· Andriz Dies and Rolls amalgamated four of it’s manufacturing plants world wide to a single position in the Netherlands. This company uses the same equipment as Kerry Die Products ltd. I was contracted to this company to, initially oversee the installation, commission and testing of plant and equipment. · After instillation, training of personal for maintenance and operations. I was responsible for the automation of their manual machinery. These project , required complete detailed design - both electronically and mechanically, out sourcing components, cost forecasting and time scheduling. Implementing these designs required the ability to both, coordinate and work with other firms on several projects.

2000 - 2003 Production Manager Kerry Die Products Ltd.· Responsibility for the company's manufacturing, automation, maintanance, intergrating automated systems to production deparment.· We took key focuses of areas were “Bottle necks” occurred, then analyse causes, evaluate costs and make recommendation. This resulted in implementing a design & completion (mechanically & electronically) to automate these areas of the plant. · Equipment involving CNC machining centres, CNC and manual lathes and milling machines, Deep hole gun drilling machines, Vacuum Heat-treatment and specialised de-burring machines.

Commenced my work with Kerry die, with key responsibility to improving efficiently and reducing overhead costs but also responsibility for the maintenance both preventive and breakdown.
