QuIC Financial Technologies, Inc. is a supplier of a highly scalable risk solutions, targetted at the financial services marketplace as the QuIC Platform. QuIC is used by banks for running high-volume credit risk, market risk and pricing analytics; and provides solutions in many areas of enterprise and trading risk management (www.quic.com).As an early stage company employee, my responsibilities focused on the product operations necessary to create QuIC's initial market beachead in the global institutional marketplace (EMEA, NA, and AP). Running product management and pre-sales, I supported the onboarded sales and business development teams while coordinating the development team through the rapid changes of the company's growth from 10 to 50+ employees. The focus of my efforts towards the end of my period with QuIC focused on marketing and solutions, clarifying the successful value proposition of QuIC's successes, while supporting ongoing pre-sales activities.

Implemented best practices product management to help company growth past the initial established client base. Created a new division that implemented a full treasury ASP, later bought and matured by Thomson/Reuters call Treasura.

Created a post acquision risk products strategy across the three operating trading/risk software divisions. Established the cross-division product roadmaps in advance of, and as part of managing, the first post merger user conference of 300+ clients.

Created a Basel-I VaR solution for enterprise capital markets daily limits and reporting.

Created trading risk pricing models for XL-based pre-deal approval and built a MC-based swaps simultion engine to model netting and portfolio exposure effects.

Built the event recording and playback components of a real-time distributed air traffic control system.
