Stratic was an international exploration company with exploration activities in Syria, the North Sea, the Black Sea offshore Turkey, Gabon, Ivory Coast West Africa, and onshore Morocco. Stratic Energy was sold for approximately $135 million to EnQuest PLC who, at the time, was the largest independent oil and gas producer in the UK North Sea.
