Hugh Sullivan BEng(Hons) MIChemE CEng SpDipEM.Originally a Chartered Chemical Engineer with 25 years of operational experience, I now specialise in Leadership Performance & Organisational Excellence with focus on Strategic and Applied Safety in the areas of Mindset, Culture, Behaviours, Systems and Measures. I work with a diversity of industries from Oil & Gas, Fine Chemical through Pharmaceutical, Mining, Shipbuilding, Major Construction Projects and Offshore Development. I led in the development and implementation of large scale safety mindset & culture change processes and behavioural programmes for many National and Multi-national organisations, including projects with owners, EPCs and Contractor multi-stakeholder environments.I have successfully designed and delivered safety, occupational health, environmental and security management systems into European and Asian companies through a consultative and flexible approach. I have been recognised for innovation in auditing technique, behavioural safety processes and integrated EH&S software design. Following many years Singapore & Thailand, I now base in my home country Wales UK where I am a Senior Consultant with DuPont Sustainable Solutions (DSS) and the Founder of Business Technology solutions with Immersity Ltd.I have worked within wide-ranging organisation & country cultures and languages.
