Responsibilities:1.Created and approved the Yanda E&I Inspection and Test Plans used at Yanda for GCGV.Coached the junior members of the EPC team on how to perform their installation practices more efficiently and without the need for rework 2.Imputed regularly to the craft Training program and Witnessed the training of craft workers for MCT installation, Cable glanding, Impulse Tubing creation, Heat Tracing installation 3.Monitor the Quality of the installed work during the Construction phase including the on-going assessments of material receiving, workmanship of cable layout, cable termination, glanding, MCC / VFD hook-up, field device installation, Meggar Testing, OTDR testing, Smart Junction Box Commissioning, Loop Checking as per drawings and specifications.4.Witness the inspections with W and H points on ITP using the latest approved drawings, project specifications, P&ID and other related documents.5.Participated in the weekly Quality Meeting composed of GCGV, EPC and subcontractor. Issued gap assessment to the EPC for Corrective Action and coordinated issue resolution between EPC and subcontractor6.Witness the fiber optic testing (OTDR and OLTS test) in according with the GCGV test procedure for FO cable7.Attend the daily Mechanical Completion Walk Down ( MCWD ) meetings for E&I and Telecoms. 8.Carry out work surveillance assessments and issued daily surveillance inspection reports to the EPC, outlining the gaps and the solutions required to meet project specifications.9.Reviewed and approved the final EI&T Quality reports / ITR’s submitted by the EPC for my signature10.MC Walk Down ( MCWD) for all the E&I and Telecoms scope11.Close out duties of the NCR and Punch Listed (PL) items when the acceptance criteria was met.12.Approval of the Final Turn Over documentation / ITR’s for GCGV 13.Reported directly to GCGV Quality Manager14.Commissioning support for the Honeywell smart Junction Boxes (SJB’s)

Review of the Ex certification. Management to the work to IEC 600797.Work surveillance checking duties and Issuance of a NCR if a gap was found against the workmanship and technical requirements8.Perform Lessons Learned on the gaps, with the goal to improve the quality of the work and process using Quality analysis tools9.Carry out the necessary training with new or sub-contract craft workers according to workmanship and Quality standard required10.Organize and coordinate with the Construction team, Sub-contractors and Engineering the weekly Punch List close-out meeting.11.Responsible for incoming inspection of materials and electrical equipment 12.Coordinate with the Technical department / Engineering the Issuance and ultimately close-out of the Punch List items created by Client or Surveyor13.Be responsible for the review and acceptance of the final Turn Over documentation 14.Report to QA/QC Manager.

PROJECT:5800DWT Oil /chemical tanker- WISBY ARGAN& WISBY CEDAR& WISBY OAK;75200 Panama bulk carrier STX VIVA;Position: E&I QC Responsibilities: 1.Organize and coordinate inspections of the work2.Led the E&I internal & external inspections of the work including construction of the electrical Fittings, cable tray & cable ladder installation, cable layout, cable wiring, loop checking and Meggar Testing 3.Organize and attend the commissioning and sea trial as per the mooring and sea trial test procedure 4.Complete the inspections and performance test with the owner and class surveyor of the equipment on the dock and at sea.
