    Fit-out of existing manufacturing facility to accommodate new 800 person commercial office facility. Works involved the installation of a new HVAC system, full electrical upgrade including install of a 500Kva and a 100Kva UPS system as well as a 1500Kva generator. There was also a full LAN cable install with almost 150 kilometres of Cat 6 cable installed. New manager's offices and boardrooms with full Audio Visual facilities where constructed, as well as large open plan areas to accommodate call centres.Works were completed on a phased handover over 22 weeks.

Management and Construction Ltd was contracted in association with International Project Managers Jones Lang La Salle and EML Architects to advance the fit out of their new Dublin office located on Hatch Street in Dublin 2. The fit out comprised of the formation of an open plan working environment with over 40 workstations, perimeter management suites and meeting rooms. The Mechanical and Electrical installation consisted of full AV capabilities including video conferencing to the main boardroom located just off the main reception and extensive power and data caballing to the entire office. Staff also have the use of a bright and spacious breakout area.

Works included a full M&E package including air conditioning, data cabling and audio visual works to all office and meeting rooms a complete feature joinery package using "Perma-flex" moulds and the installation of a custom made reception desk along with modern bespoke furniture to all waiting and staff relaxation areasThe 48 seater office features an open plan working environment with multiple floor finishes, glazed cellular manager's offices, conference and boardrooms with operable walls, feature floating ceilings and feature lighting. Staffs also have the use of a fully equipped tea stations, canteen, and chill out and play areas. Works were completed on an 8 week programme.Arthur Cox Solicitors, Dublin, (€1.3m)Works included the full strip out and refit of existing office space over 20,000 sq ft to include new client reception area and executive meeting rooms with a feature joinery package including timber doors with Lorient seals for optimum acoustic ability, feature bespoke floating ceilings, bespoke timber panelling, operable wall and bespoke reception desk and waiting area furniture. Works also included the install of a full HVAC system as well as a full electrical upgrade with feature lighting throughout. All meeting rooms where also fitted out with a full Audio Visual facilities including video conferencing facilities. The client reception area featured floating ceilings, use of Fusion glazing and stone floors.Works were completed on a phased handover over 14 weeks.

    Works involved the full strip out and refurbishment of 100 guest rooms over 6 floors with associated refurbishment of corridors and reception area. The basement area of the hotel was also fully stripped out and new modern conference room area where constructed. Works included a full M&E upgrade, install of new conference room and guest room furniture, full audio visual packages to both guest rooms and conference rooms, install of feature lighting and fabric wall panelling.Works where completed on a phased basis over 16 weeks to ensure the hotel could remain operational during construction and meet existing reservation commitments.

    m)Works involved complete fit out of their new Dublin HQ in the newly completed Riverside Building on Sir John Rodgersons Quay Dublin. Designed by HKR architects, the space includes extensive glazed partitioning, a 20m long feature ceiling in the form of an aircraft fuselage, full canteen facilities, conference and boardroom suites, full M&E installations and complete bespoke joinery installations and full Audio Visual fit out to boardrooms and meeting rooms. Works were initially programmed for 12 weeks and completed in an accelerated programme of 8 weeks.
