Responsible for inter-forest Exchange routing and Tier III troubleshooting maintain email security, mailbox management and exchange server maintenance. Assist other Exchange senior level engineers with complex issues. Work special messaging projects like migration and future email design and testing. Assist Active Directory administrators with complex Active Directory Issues and Patch Management. Installed, configured, and managed OCS 2007 R2 and LYNC 2010 in a multiple domain environment.

Responsible for migrating various server types from a Legacy environment into the new Air Force Network. Perform various server analyses to facilitate a smooth transition into the new network and responsible for troubleshooting any issue that may occur.

Responsible for migrating Army personnel email from the various Army forests (Exchange 2007) to the newly developed DISA forest (Exchange 2010) while maintaining an acceptable uptime. I am responsible for troubleshooting issues that arise in email functionality that pertains to migrations and to assist on issues prior to migrations.

Responsible for software updates using SCCM 2007 and coordinating with the various department heads regarding potential risks associated with updated and outdated software. Responsible for troubleshooting issues associated with new and updated software installations and SCCM client software issues.

Responsible for account management, mailbox management, Active Directory, Exchange 2003 and 2007, DHCP, DNS, WINS and Domain Controller administration. Assisted in base-wide software installations and training military personnel on client and network troubleshooting.

Involved with migration of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange for the United States Air Force using Quest Migration tools. As part of the migration efforts I am responsible for migrating all users, computers, groups and mailboxes from the various AF Forests to the AFNET Enterprise Forest. After migration has occurred I am responsible for assessing the Active Directory Health and Mitigating all issues that may occur. I am also involved with designing and implementing the Active Directory environment.
