I researched and developed memoranda on a range of policy issues from the impact of carbon pricing on transportation to challenges with terrestrial renewable energy siting. In particular, I researched and helped develop a memorandum delivered to a conference committee of the Massachusetts legislature on the importance of nature-based climate solutions to MA H.4613 2018 (Environmental Bond Bill).
