Hugh leverages 25+ years of construction experience to aid stakeholders within various project types and challenges.Hugh has successfully managed projects within commercial, hospitality, healthcare, multifamily, higher education and DOD sectors. He is experienced in high-stress, fast-paced work environments that require multitasking and immediate decision-making.He is a dependable leader and team player with excellent communication, mentoring, and people skills who concentrates on providing targeted support to owners and developers. Through his leadership, Cronin Construction Management resolves project-related issues, serves as the eyes and ears on job sites and ensures that the project scope is delivered according to contractual requirements.Hugh retired from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers after 21 years, where he developed problem-solving skills that have translated to finding real-world solutions on the construction site. Hugh serves on the American Institute of Constructors (AIC) Board of Directors and on the AIC’s Construction Certification Commission Board of Governors. He is an active member of SAME (Society of American Military Engineers).
