• Ensure daily company operational efficiency by providing sound office-system resources and procedures.
• With accounting team, execute monthly billing and collections processes.
• Manage vendor relationships and vendor expense budgets, with focus on expenditure reduction.
• Oversee new hire onboarding and orientation processes, and exiting employee procedures.
• Set up communications systems for new hires and train new hires in company procedures and policies.
• With CEO, determine company policies and edit, update, and maintain company employee handbook.

• Maintain daily project traffic schedule and ensure weekly timelines and deliverables are met.
• Oversee monthly billing and collections process.
• Manage vendor selection and ensure vendor expenditures adhere to SG&A budget.
• Report semimonthly payroll and ensure employee records are consistently accurate and up to date.
• Lead and conduct new hire orientation process and ensure new hires have optimum training and resources to become immediately productive after training.

Division Of Marketing & Communications

• Manage all aspects of marketing projects including budget, timeline development and deliverables.
• Serve as primary interface with university vendors and clientele in production and timely delivery of materials, goods and services.
• Develop project proposals and estimates for university clientele.
• Allocate and schedule incoming creative project work to a team of designers, editors, web developers and photographers, and ensure project schedule and budget adherence for university marketing projects.
• Contract and direct freelance creatives and vendors in creation and fulfillment of marketing materials.
