I am a former military aviator turned Entrepreneur, Chair, CEO, NED and Board Advisor. I served in the RAF for 20 years and feel privileged to have been part of the United Kingdom’s Armed Forces. After leaving the military, I founded Inzpire Ltd, which rapidly grew to become a highly trusted provider to UK and international Armed Forces. In addition, I am CEO of the Top Banana Group of companies and a three-term member of the UK Government Cabinet Office SME Panel which briefs at ministerial level. My personal goals are simple: to remain happy and optimistic, and to live by standards and values that I can be proud of. And to make a difference. What else is there? If I can give something back to others in return, then so much the better. I believe that no person can help another without helping themselves too.
