This was instigated as part of a private equity investment and management buy-out. This project was completed across six sites (Asia, UK and US) in a nine month timeframe and won the WCA 2007 Global Award for Best Project Management. It required the gathering of requirements, vendor selection, systems design and build across the following workstreams: Global WAN, LAN, Servers, Storage (SANs), Desktop, Remote Access, Business continuity, VoIP Telephony, Trading Systems (dealer-boards and voice recording) and AV services including Video Conferencing. This was an extremely rapid and complex IT deployment requiring a broad range of skills to be deployed across a diverse team. -
