Board-Certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar and with more than 17 years’ experience in complex commercial litigation, I am a partner in Bachara Construction Law Group, representing general contractors, developers, owners, subcontractors, architects and engineers; litigating construction claims exceeding $10 million throughout the State of Florida, negotiating contracts, and resolving mid-construction disputes. I oversee the firm’s St. Petersburg office. With extensive knowledge regarding the construction of high-rise condominiums, mixed-use towers and multi-parcel developments, I have successfully represented clients in high-stakes claims involving alleged deficiencies of structural components, building envelope, fire suppression, elevated pool decks, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, interior finishes, civil site planning, and adjacent amenities, among others. With a B.A. in Art History from the University of Florida 🐊 and a year as a Rotary International Ambassadorial Scholar studying International Affairs and German at the University of Vienna (#univie), I bring a unique perspective that serves my clients well.
