Led senior relationship managers and matrixed teams focused on support covering 135 systems across 10 key business areas.• Integrated B2B transactions between WaMu, the Federal Reserve and Wall Street trading firms, and established audit/compliance processes to bring all related technologies into full compliance within 18 months.• Improved systems integration resulting in reduced time to close books from 16 to 6 days, and realized $6.5 million annual savings in software licensing.
