I enjoy working with organisations of any size or structure, which have as part of their culture achieving positive social outcomes. My particular interest is assisting organisations to marry financially sustainable operations with good social and community impact.I practised as a corporate lawyer in Sydney and overseas and was the managing partner of the commercial law firm Thomsons (then Cutler Hughes and Harris) before moving to Canberra in 2002. I was a corporate partner in Meyer Vandenberg Lawyers, heading the firm's Employment Workplace Relations and Safety Team and its For Purpose practice and retired from the partnership in 2015.I have experience on various boards and Government and private sector advisory committees.Specialties: social enterprises, corporate governance and organisational structures; alliances and partnerships; employment and workplace relations; commercial contracting.
