Lower 48 Energy BESS Limited (L48) is a United Kingdom based Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) developer. Responsible for developing a new business division with The Charles Kendall Group with specific aims of servicing US Government Contracts and NATO member Government Contracts. As a start up in Year 1 achieved sales for CKG of $19.6m. Over a 7 year period the division achieved sales of $230m. Primary clients were The US DOD, UK MOD and Scandinavian Governments.In addition I supported the sales activities of the Group's core business which at the time was Middle East Orientated.

UK MOD, Tank Troop Leader in Challenger 1 Main Battle Tanks. Deployed variously including Germany, Balkans and UK. Served as an exchange officer with NZ Armed Forces. Final staff position on Whitehall as Desk Officer on Ukranian Desk at Department For Central & Eastern Europe. Responsible for liaison with Ukrainian Military and overseeing inward visit of 40 senior Ukrainian officers to the UK and Brussels.
